The first day in the explore program, everyone had to get home in bus. Almost everyone got lost because we didn’t know where we were. The second day some people got lost again but for most of us it was getting easier to get home. I got lost. Not only the first day or the second but until the third day! The third day, which was a wendsay, I was sure I wouldn’t get lost. I watched carfully where the bus was going and waited for my stop but it didn’t came. After a long time, I started thinking I had gotten lost. How would it be different? It’s me we’re talking about! I decided to get out of the bus and to take the same one but on the opposite way. As I was waiting as the bus stop I watched the route of bus. I realized I wasn’t far from my house so I decided I would walk. I didn’t really know how to get back but at least I knew which streets to look for. I walked until I found the street that’s named Seyton. The only problem was that it was a two way street and I didn’t know which way to use. I saw a bus stop each way and went to see the numbers. One of them was the same bus I take in the morning so I thought I would follow it and arrived at home. I started walking, but after a little walk I thought I didn’t take the right way because I saw a school and I didn’t know there was a school close to my house so I went back to where I had started. I walk in the other way to the end of the street and once again it was the same street going in two way. I recognize one way so went that way. I was sure I would get lost because I always get lost but it turned out I was in the right direction so I made it home! At home I decided to go see on google map the streets and draw a map for myself. Then I found out that the Seyton street was like a circle that’s why I was under the impression I was lost but when I decided to go back to where I had started I was really five minutes away from home. If I had just continued in the same way I would have gotten home the same way I do now! I later learned that the bus sometimes have two different routes for the same number and that’s why I got lost so many times!
That's so frustrating!! I'm glad you found your way home... When I was in Rome it took me 2 hours to walk to a place that should have taken me only 20 minutes... Well, now you have a story to tell!
