Pay it forward is a movie that was in cinemas in 2000. It’s based on a book with the same name. In it, we can see Kevin Spacey (Eugene Simonet), Helen Hunt (Arlene McKinney), Haley Joel Osment (Trevor McKinney). The story is about a little kid named Trevor. He’s having a hard time at home with his mom. He received an assignment from his teacher M. Simonet. That’s when he finds a really good idea to make his world and the entire world a better place. So he does all he can to make it work and change his world including his mom’s. It’s all about love and trust. How much can you love someone? How far can they before just don’t talk to them anymore? And how much you can love someone no matter what that person does?
With these really good themes it’s sure that the movie was good. There were some strange things, like the clothes because it was filmed in 2000. Also, the music is really bad because it’s always the same thing and sometimes it seems louder than the actual voices so it’s just annoying. If we forget that, pay it forward is an amazing movie. It talks about topics that are not often talked about in movies and for once the end is actually surprising. It shows that you can always help people no matter who you are. So it’s like a big hope message. It’s not just about some sad people that become happy, it’s about normal people trying to live their lives the best they can and trying to help others. Also, the actors are good. They really act like they know what they are talking about so it makes the story better and we believe it easily. So really everybody should see it!
